If your family are coming along to support you, book them a finish-line potjiekos lunch (beef or veg). These are R80 per person and can be included with your entry fee.

A Sunday morning ‘Dome Breakfast‘ can be booked at the Venterskroon Inn. This includes eggs, sausage, baked beans, toast, jam and chips for R45 per person. Bookings can be made directly through Leon at 079 424-8417 or 1969pear@gmail.com.

Venterskroon Inn hosts a fabulous three-course Sunday lunch, which is served from 11h00, every Sunday. The starter is a lovely spread of breads, cheeses, pickles and preserves. Main course includes a main dish served with veg and a starch. This is followed by a selection of desserts. Lunch is R150 per person. Please notify Leon if you are vegetarian or have specific dietary needs and he’ll aim accommodate your request. The organisers, event partners and volunteers do not accept responsibility for any injury or loss sustained, including any consequential losses, of whatsoever nature at, before or during Forest Run. Participants take part in this event at their own risk and indemnify the organisers, event partners, landowners and volunteers from any claim arising at, during, around or as a result of this Forest Run event.

As a participant I acknowledge that Forest Run is an outdoor sporting activity with inherent risks, such as twisting of ankles and common sports injuries associated with running. I am physically fit and sufficiently prepared to participate in this event. I accept all rules, conditions and regulations and agree to abide by event requirements. I agree that my name, photographs, video footage and any other material may be used free of charge by Forest Run for promotional purposes.
